A work within an anthology should be cited like a chapter in an edited book. The author of the work should be used for the in-text reference. You can use a combined date system where the first date is the original date and the second is the date of the anthology.
Example:
Wordsworth and Coleridge (1798/2012) state that...
OR
... (Wordsworth & Coleridge, 1798/2012).
Last name, Initial(s). (Year). Chapter title. In Initial. Last name (Eds.), Book title (edition, pages of chapter). Place: Publisher.
Example:
