It’s Mental Health Awareness Week, so we’re taking the opportunity to remind you about our Wellbeing Collection of self-help books. Titles have been selected by the Wellbeing Service to offer expert support for a range of issues from neurodiversity to insomnia. You can browse the list of books online. Some of the titles are available as ebooks. We’ve added a category of Ebooks / Online Resources to make it easier for you to find these titles while our buildings are closed.

There's good evidence that bibliotherapy – using books for self-help therapy – can be very effective, so please take a look at the collection if you think you may be affected by any of the issues covered. Please remember that the university’s health and welfare support services are still available to you too.
