The licence now covers use on your own device as long as you are a student or member of staff at Swansea University. To download your own copy of EndNote you will need to login to MyUni with your Swansea University username and password.
EndNote is in the "Other software available section" of the site. Both Windows and MAC versions are available. You do not need a licence code as this has been bundled in the installer so will be entered automatically.
On campus:
EndNote (desktop version) is in the Common Apps section on open access computers. If you don't have it on a university machine ask your local technician or request via IT service desk.
A version of EndNote is available for the Macintosh. A quick tutorial can be found here.
There is also a free EndNote App for IPADs which will sync with your online library. This can be downloaded from iTunes.
There are 2 versions of EndNote available - a desktop version and an online one. The university provides the desktop software free to students but we have information on the online version if you wish to try it.
A large number of videos are available to help with EndNote covering everything from a general introduction to specific tasks. Click the EndNote YouTube channel link to see more.
