How to find books and journals for History

eBooks

Most of our e-books can be found via iFind. Many of our ebooks are available via Proquest,VLeBooks and EBSCO. These tabs will tell you a little bit more about key book databases. To login, use your student number as the username and your usual password. If you need any help accessing and using ebooks, email us at culturecommlib@swansea.ac.uk.

The VLeBooks platform provides a range of ebooks on a large number of topics. You will need to log in via Shibboleth using your Swansea University username and password.

The library has a subscription to the ACLS Humanities Ebook collection which contains many ebooks of interest to students of American Studies.

Proquest eBooks Central contains over 100,000 ebooks in all subject areas.   You can read the books online or download them for up to 14 days.  You can also create your own online bookshelf for easy access to your favourite titles.
