This Mental Health Awareness Week, be kind to yourself and take time out to read something you enjoy. Reading for pleasure is a proven way to relieve stress. (We have some evidence to support this on our Better Read pages!) Read a book, a poem, a graphic novel or something else. It doesn’t matter as long as you enjoy it.
