This week is Eating Disorders Awareness Week. Eating disorders can affect people of any gender, age, ethnicity or background and are serious mental illnesses. If you are worried about yourself or someone else, you can find information and support on the Beat website including Types of eating disorders, Recovery, Support services and Supporting someone. There is also a section on eating disorders in our Wellbeing Collection of self-help books.
