Survey - using video, broadcast and sound services in Canvas

At the Library we are running a very short survey to help us understand how people use the licensed and specialised video, broadcast and sound services enabled by ERA, Planet EStream and our temporary subscription to Box of Broadcasts (BoB).
We are particularly interested in how our users – teaching staff of all kinds – use the TV and Radio resources in the VLE (Canvas).

COVID-19: What Library Services are Available

Swansea University Libraries' buildings are currently closed during the COVID-19 restrictions, however our Library staff are still hard at work to support students, researchers, and academics with access to collections and remote teaching.  We will update this page to share decisions on how and when we will phase back into our Library buildings. 

During the lockdown period, we have gathered a list of contacts, a calendar of drop-in sessions, and links to temporary free online resources on our Online Library guide.  Our Subject Teams are providing weekly drop-in sessions to support students in their academic work, and our teaching of embedded classes and induction has completely switched to online.  We also provide 1-2-1 appointments for students and academics via Zoom, and engage through Live Chat during staffed hours.  If you would like to discuss possible teaching and support for your students, or need assistance in creating or maintaining Reading Lists through iFind Reading software, please see our Subject Team contacts tab for details.
