The reading list for your module is an essential source of revision material. You can find your module reading list by searching iFindReading or going to the reading list section of Canvas. 

Finding your books

The Library & Information Centre @ Singleton Park is on 4 floors and is divided into East and West wings. You enter the library on level 3 of the West Wing. Books are arranged on the library shelves according to subject. Every subject has its own call number, and the call number will be found on the spine of each book.

Book Locations in Singleton Park Library

The majority of books and journals used for the study of English Language and Applied Linguistics are mainly at the classmarks P (Linguistics) and PE (English Language) on Level 1 West of Singleton Park Library.

Some examples of useful classmarks and subject headings:
