New additions to the Library: Home

This guide lists the items both print and electronic, which have been added to the University Library in the academic year 2022/23. These are on-time purchases made in addition to the ongoing purchasing to books and journals on reading lists to support teaching. For reading list purchase information, please check the status of items on your module reading lists or contact you Academic Liaison Librarian.

Purchases for the Library fall into one of two groups:

• Non-recurrent expenditure - items which are a one-time purchase, such as books, some ebooks and back files of journals.
• Recurrent expenditure - items where we pay annually for access - this usually refers to journals, where we pay a subscription, and some ebook packages and titles.
